LLI has partnerships with the following universities and colleges in Canada. You can gain full or conditional acceptance into one of these institutions.

I decided to study English at the London Language Institute for four weeks because I hadn't had a chance to speak English for about 30 years and wanted to brush up.
My classmates were about the same age as my children, but they accepted me graciously. I joined in the second week of lessons, I didn't know how the lessons were to be conducted well, and my listening and speaking skills were not up to par because I had been away from English conversation for a long time. But my listening comprehension improved day by day, and I could have kept up with my classmates.
As for the lessons, I thought the curriculum was excellent and practical, not just an English lesson, but a curriculum that would help me acquire the skills would need at university or at work. For example, we prepared materials for presentation, which is now an essential skill, and gave a presentation in the lesson.
The teachers were all friendly and attentive. They were very experienced and made the lessons fun to learn, not just a typical lesson.
I was planning to study in Toronto first but decided to go to London because I thought a smaller city would be better than Toronto. I had a good impression of London from my first visit 35 years ago. London is compact, but it is easy to live in and I am glad I chose London.
As for the facilities, I felt the classrooms were a little hot. I felt it would be more comfortable if it were more air-conditioned. In the past, air conditioning was unnecessary, but recently I felt that the temperature has risen due to climate change.
I feel that my reading, listening, writing, and speaking skills have all improved from before I entered LLI. I felt that I could probably achieve even greater results after 3-6 months of study.
I think I had a very valuable and wonderful experience.
Very good experience, teachers are very friendly and professional. My family homestay was amazing.
The only thing that I didn't like was number of students in my class. I think there were lots of students and classroom top small.
I liked all expect number of students in my class.
I attended the school for four weeks in summer. The courses were very enjoyable and helpful. Teachers were understanding, patient, organized, enthusiastic and really well prepared. I felt like I learned a lot during that summer program, my English has really improved.
The school is located at the center, very close to Downtown. It is easy to get there by foot or by bus from anywhere. There were also many restaurants and pubs to eat at during lunch - time.
With regards to the facilities, I used the computer lab for my final exam and everything was well prepared and working properly.
I did not participate in any of the activities that they offered, however, I heard they were very enjoyable and they were not very expensive.
Overall, I really enjoyed the courses and appreciated the teachers' work and I would recommend this school to anybody who wants to learn English well, even for a short period.
The London Language Institute was a great school to learn a lot for ESL. The school climate with students from many countries in the world created the possibility to exchange experiences and learn more about cultures and life, not only about grammar or language.
The teachers were the best! The way they taught, talked in class, used the book and many other resources, all helped us improve in the language. The location was near everything that we needed in the town, and that was awesome!
I loved all the activities that I did while I was there. All the activities were fun.
I don't remember anything I did not like. I really LOVED all the time that passed in the school, as well as the people from there.
Miss you LLI!
The classes and the teachers were good. I miss more the activities related to the area of medicine like watching some procedures or have some practice activities.
The location downtown near Starbucks and Victoria’s Park is the best place the school can be – congratulations!
About my homestays (the Alexander's) we had a good relationship, they received me well, gave me options for food and choosing my lunch. They were good in conversation and were always ready to help, like helping with the bus schedule or how to go to the cinema. The only problem was that the house was far away from school. I needed to take 2 or 3 buses just to arrive at school and I spent about 1 hour.
One problem I had in school was about the bus tickets, because in the beginning we received our tickets from school but on the last week we needed to buy them, and nobody explained to us that the tickets were limited or that we should buy them.
I have studied in different ESL schools before I came to LLI. Actually, I'm not exaggerating when I say that I consider LLI the best in London. What I really like about the school is the environment; even though the last two months were not that easy with a lot of essays and presentations, I was happy doing them.
Ultimately, I'll take the chance to say thanks to Mr. Justin for all the support he has given to me in the last 4 months. He had expert advice and was always available when I needed him. Many thanks to all the teachers! I appreciate everything you have done and the time you have given. Special thanks goes to Mat and Brain.
You guys are the best.
Greetings!
In LLI, there is a lot of sunshine in the room, because they have a big glass in the house. I like it because it makes us feel happy to study. Teachers are so funny, especially Brain. Some teachers are so serious. However, they are good teachers too. School is located downtown. There is very advanced traffic, but sometimes it is dangerous at night. The school's facilities are enough to study. LLI also has interesting activities. It is very good. All in all, I feel tired but everything is very substantial. I enjoy the life with LLI. I recommended LLI to a friend; he will meet you soon.

The classrooms were clean, organized and all the students fit in a comfortable way.
My teachers were very helpful even inside or outside the classes. Every one of them had his special way of teaching.
I started with Level 7 so my first teacher was Cathey. She was so friendly and funny, with a smile on her face all the time. I really admired her personality. Her strongest point was grammar. My next teacher was Peter Halpern. He was a brilliant man with a lot of topics to discuss. He helped me to improve my speaking and vocabulary. Brian is the coolest teacher ever. He always gave a fair chance for everyone to talk. In Level 8, I had Wanda and Jennifer. Both of them were strong in grammar and writing skills.
I think the location was the best location as it is near to all that a student needs.
The activities, like trips with Valeta, come with benefits in the future. You can meet the other students at LLI and get well-known with them and it takes out your stress.
The weekly discussion also with Emile was an extra privilege for our speaking skills.
Paula was always ready to give a hand in any problem and she lets you feel comfortable to ask again and again.
As for Ismail, I could say he was the engine or the muscles of LLI (“mashaa allah"). He was always willing to help and he helped me a lot with my statement of proposal.
Justin always gave the students encouragement to do more and more.
The teachers and students are a big family. I went to LLI three times to improve my English. My first time was a short time and my English level was low. With the help of the teachers and others students, I started to improve my English, to understand, and to talk with other people. During the second and third time, I improved my English and I finished the levels at LLI. The teachers help the students - they act as a second family and they try to find different ways to teach, making clear the topics in the class or even topics out of the class.
The location of the school is good; it is easy to get there by buses or by walking. London is a quiet and small place, so it is not too easy to get lost there and the students can find many activities to do there. LLI makes different activities inside and outside of the school for students, friends and families, and tells students about other things that are around the city.
During my three times in London studying at LLI, I went to three home stays. They always helped me with all that I needed in the city. All of them were in the south east of London and the buses were easy to take there. The families were with me almost just like in my own country. They have some rules according to age; however, those rules are necessary. They try to make activities for the students during their free times to learn about the culture of Canada. In general, I learned a lot about Canada, its culture, and other cultures from other students. It was the best experience that I had.
When I attended my first day, I felt nervous, because I was in a small class, so I had to talk to my classmates. However, the teachers were very nice and kind. They helped me a lot. The location was very nice downtown, and transportation was convenient. Furthermore, LLI has many activities. If you like activities, you will be happy. However, the house was too small, and there were too many students in a small room.

Voir les détails » Lire plus...I found it was a really good experience not only in the way that I learned and polish my english skills but also that I met people from all over the world which gave the chance to know different cultures and of course practice my english because it was the only common language we all shared.
The teachers were absolutely fantastic because they would make the classes so interactive to get all the students involved in the class and at the end of the day to learn good english skills.
Overall a very good school to learn english, I would recommended to anybody I know.
I honestly could feel the love that the staff of the school had for the students. The way the teachers of that school was not just like a teacher and a student, it was more like a group of friends sitting around the table helping each other to fulfill a goal. I really like all my experience in LLI. And if I have the chance to do it again, i would definitely accept it without hesitation.

The class is motivated, the teacher is devotion to duty, the director is always helpful. So I enjoy the study environment in LLI.

When I was in high school, I didn't like English and now, I am studying to be an English teacher. The classes are interesting and adapted to be sure you can interact with your classmates. The school is in downtown and near all restaurants. If you get the chance to study in London Language Institute, go for it and you will not regret it!!
